Microsoft Adds Pokémon Detector and Automatic Albums To OneDrive

Microsoft adds Pokémon detector and automatic albums to OneDrive

Microsoft just updated OneDrive with a bunch of new features, including an automatic album feature, an “on this day” feature, and a Pokémon detector that automatically catalogs all screenshots taken of Pokémon Go.

Automatic Albums are generated when a user takes a series of photos over a short span of time at particular locations. The best photos are selected automatically, and put into an album that can be shared online. The “On this day” feature shows earlier photos that have been taken on the same day in the past. This adds an instant does of nostalgia every time you open the application.

Microsoft’s Free Onedrive Storage To Reduce From 15GB To 5GB Soon!

Microsoft’s OneDrive users are presently being intimated by an email explaining how their 15GB of free storage is soon going to be reduced to just 5GB. The email explains that the software giant will no longer offer the 15GB camera roll bonus activation storage that it began offering since last year.

Indeed, not a lot of Windows 10 Mobile or Windows Phone users would be happy about this. The reduction in storage means that users will have to move the excess 10GB of data (if used) elsewhere or offline before the due date.
